Terms of Service

AdGo is a service of TimeToSizzle, LLC ("Sizzle"). By using it you agree to these terms.

What AdGo does

AdGo manages advertising on your own ad account, inside a monthly budget limit you set. The limit is enforced by the system and is never exceeded. Nothing runs until you approve the plan.

Your ad spend is yours

Your payment method sits on your own ad account and your ad spend goes directly to the platform. Sizzle never holds, advances, or processes your advertising money. Sizzle's fees are billed separately and are itemized on every invoice.

Your account stays yours

Your ad account, its history, and everything learned in it remain yours. If you leave, Sizzle removes its access and you keep everything.

No guarantee of results

Advertising can fail. Performance depends on your offer, your market, and factors outside anyone's control. AdGo reports honestly, including when the honest news is bad.

Acceptable use

AdGo declines ads in restricted categories (housing, employment, credit, political) and content that violates platform policies. Sizzle may pause or decline any account whose advertising puts the shared platform access of other customers at risk.

Fair dealing

Disputed performance-fee results are resolved in your favor. Attribution rules are agreed in writing before a campaign runs and never changed retroactively.
