Privacy Policy

AdGo is a service of TimeToSizzle, LLC. It runs advertising for small organizations. This policy says what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

What we collect from advertisers (our customers)

Your name, email address, organization name, the campaign settings you choose (goal, budget limit), and the content of the web page you ask us to advertise.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data

With your permission, AdGo connects to your Meta ad account using Meta's Marketing API. We use two permissions: ads_management (to create, adjust, and pause ads on your own ad account, always within the budget cap you set) and ads_read (to retrieve the performance numbers — spend, results, delivery status — that drive daily optimization and your weekly report). We store those performance numbers and the record of every change we made. We never sell this data, never share it across customers, and never use your ad copy or business details for anyone else's campaigns. Access tokens are held in an encrypted secret store, never in our database and never in logs. Disconnecting your ad account stops all access immediately; you can request deletion of the stored performance history at the address below.

What we collect from people who respond to ads

If you submit a form on a page we host, we collect exactly the fields on that form (typically name and email), which ad brought you there, and a consent record of what you agreed to receive. We only ever send what the consent notice on the form described, every message has a one-click unsubscribe honored immediately and permanently, and your information is never shared with anyone except the organization whose page you signed up on. We never buy, scrape, or enrich contact lists.

Retention

Form submissions: 24 months by default, deletable on request. Consent records: 5 years (legal record). Advertising spend records: 7 years (financial record). Campaign learnings contain no personal information.

Payments

Service fees are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Your advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta and never passes through us.
